Which cleaning fits my apartment?
Standard for a lived-in home. General for built-up dust and grease. Post renovation is 6.3 GEL per m².
How is general different from standard?
The same rooms plus cabinet tops, more thorough baseboards, doors, cobwebs and bathroom deposits within reach. Time guide +30–50%.
Is the oven included?
No. Oven interior is an extra at 31.5 GEL.
Are windows included?
No. A standard window is 9 GEL; a floor-to-ceiling sash is 15.75 GEL.
Can you clean while I am away?
Yes. Describe access in the comment: key, lockbox or security.
How long does a visit take?
Guide: studio 2–3 h, 1+1 3–4 h, 2+1 4–5 h, 3+1 5–7 h, 4+1 6–8 h.
How is the price calculated?
Standard/general table by layout and WC count. Post renovation is area × 6.3 GEL, plus extras.
Can you clean after renovation?
Yes. That is a separate type priced per m². Renovation windows are extras.
How do I book Airbnb cleaning?
Choose the Airbnb object, tariff and layout, then a preferred time. Linen only if you write it in the comment.
How do I book?
Build the total in the calculator, send the request, confirm at 8 999 900 09 99.
Why is the time called preferred?
You mark a convenient slot. The visit is confirmed by phone.
Can you contact me without a call?
Tick that on the form. A phone number is still required.
Do you price an office like a 1+1 apartment?
No. For offices and houses you leave area and notes; the total is agreed by phone.
What about mold in the shower?
Surface treatment is an extra at 6.3 GEL/m². A leaking wall needs repair, not only cleaning.
